Registration Dates for 2012 at Planetdance Studio

Because we expect to need a waiting list for some classes next year we will have a “current students only” registration day on

Saturday 21st January, 2012 – 10:00am to 3:00pm

Students who register on this day will be assured of a place
 

Registration Day for New Enrolments is:

Sunday, 22nd January, 2012 – 10:00am - 3:00pm

What if you can't make it to the studio to enrol?
Simple -

1. Just download one of our registration forms below

2. Make sure that you have read and understood the relevant "Enrolment Info Document" below:-
    Pre-schooler Info Document
    Fun Student Info Document
    Troupe Student Info Document
2. Fill in the registration form and send it back to us - you can either scan it back into your computer and email it to admin@planetdance.com.au or just pop it into the post, addressed to:-
New Enrolments,
Planetdance Pty Ltd,
Box 312,
Menai Central Post Office,
NSW    2234

Please make sure that your email address is on the registration form so that we can email back confirmation that we have received your request for enrolment and also confirm the registration fee.  Your place in class is NOT guaranteed until we have received your registration fee and confirmed your enrolment.
