Initially, comfortable clothing and sneakers are fine for the first couple of lessons. Once your child has settled in, we encourage purchasing the official Ready Set Dance uniform, which can be ordered through our studio. This ensures your child feels like part of the group and ready to dance!

For preschoolers, we believe it's best for children to focus on their class without distractions. However, we understand that some children may need a little extra reassurance at the start. We recomend for your first class to arrive early, so you can both meet your teacher together and make sure your child is settled in the classroom to help ease the transition.

If your child misses a class, we offer a make up class. We recommend you contact us to see if they can make it up in another class within the same week (subject to availability).

However, in Term 4, due to concert preparations, we can't offer any make up lessons. It’s best to keep consistent attendance to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on important practice.

Yes! All of our Ready Set Dance instructors are certified and have completed specialized training directly from Ready Set Dance head office to ensure they meet the highest standards of teaching and care.

Participation in the end-of-year concert is highly encouraged as it's a wonderful opportunity for your child to showcase what they have learned. While it’s not compulsory, the concert gives them a magical stage experience that builds confidence and celebrates their achievements.

It’s completely normal for some children to feel shy at first. Our teachers are very understanding and patient, and we will make sure your child feels supported every step of the way. We’re confident that once they get involved, they’ll have a blast!

Watching Day is an opportunity for parents to watch their child’s progress and enjoy a mini performance in class. It’s a special time for your child to show off what they’ve been learning in front of an audience—making it a wonderful milestone in their dance journey.

Ready Set Dance is designed for children aged 2 to 5. If you're a few month shy of your 2nd birthday, it is best to wait so you can start the program at the right stage in your child's development.

Enrolling is easy! Simply visit our online enrollment page to register your child for classes. You can also contact us directly if you have any questions or need assistance with the enrollment process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed classes or if your child decides to stop attending after the term has started. However, if your child has a medical condition or illness for over 4 weeks, we can credit the fees to another term within the same year, with proof from a doctor.
